This class will be geared towards those who need gentle motions and movements to help enhance balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Participants will use the support of a chair for optimal
stability. We will explore movements to help circulate joints and safely stretch muscles, while also building strength. Staying comfortable while stretching is top priority, so variations and options for poses and movements are always shown. Adjustments for motions can be made for individual needs. If you are looking for a careful, sensitive approach, please join us in person or virtually via Zoom. Everyone is welcome! This class will be taught by Holly Niehaus, 500 RYT and Whole Being Well Being Yoga-Certified.
