Join us for a fun and flour-filled evening celebrating the beloved Scandinavian
treat—lefse! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the art of making traditional
lefse from Finnish grandma Barb Boutto, who will guide you through the authentic
process using time-honored tools and techniques.
Then, switch things up with culinary instructor and caterer Nicole Hed, who will share
clever, non-traditional lefse hacks using everyday kitchen equipment—perfect for
modern cooks looking to simplify without sacrificing flavor.
**Come prepared to get messy—aprons encouraged!**
Each participant will leave with recipes, hands-on experience, and tasty goodies to take
home. Register by October 31st!!
